INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT
This Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of an Initial Consultation meeting between Younus Noman Safdari, of White Swan Immigration Consultants, (“we” or “us”) and the undersigned Client (“you”):
1. PURPOSE OF CONSULTATION: The purpose of the Initial Consultation is for us (1) to learn about you and your particular immigration situation based on the information you provide, which may include one or more aspects of the Canadian immigration process and related procedures; (2) to answer your questions to the best of our ability; (3) to identify your options and, to the extent possible, analyze the costs and benefits of those alternatives; (4) to help you determine your course of action, if any; (5) to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate. All information and documents that you provide to us shall remain strictly confidential.
You also acknowledge that this consultation is not for reviews of EE profile, document reviews, submission letter drafting or for that matter any type of immigration application review. In order to review any applications a separate review consultation form must be completed and paid for.
You also acknowledge that a maximum of 2-3 simple follow up questions are permitted as long as they are submitted within 3 days of the consultation and pertain to the consultation, any questions that fall outside these parameters will require a new paid consultation.
2. NO LEGAL AUTHORITY GRANTED: . You agree and understand that this agreement does not constitute your engagement of Younus Noman Safdari to act as your Authorized Representative in respect of any matters relating to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and/or the Canada Border Services Agency.
3. Fee and Cancellation. In exchange for scheduling an Initial Consultation with White Swan Immigration Consultant, you agree to pay a non-refundable Consultation Fee either from above or as decided by White Swan Immigration Consultants. Despite the foregoing, if your Initial Consultation appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours' advance notice provided to us, we will refund the Consultation Fee. Furthermore, you may re-schedule your Initial Consultation appointment with at least 24 hour' advance notice provided to us without penalty. PLEASE NOTE: If additional time is required, additional fees MAY be applicable.
4. Acceptance. By signing this initial consultation agreement below you indicate that you are in agreement of these terms, you acknowledge that any interaction with any immigration authorities undertaken by you without retaining White Swan Immigration Consultants as a legal representative is done at your own risk, you will by that action agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth above in this Initial Consultation Agreement and acknowledge that any further engagement of Younus Noman Safdari will require a further written agreement with different terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of BRITISH COLUMBIA, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please be advised that YOUNUS NOMAN SAFDARI is a member in good standing of the College if Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
